metagnomy Psychics.|mɛˈtægnəmɪ| [ad. F. métagnomie (Boirac, 1917), f. meta- + Gr. γνώµη thought.] The acquisition of information by supernormal means; divination. So ˈmetagnome, one who has the power of metagnomy; a medium; metagˈnomic a., of or pertaining to metagnomy.
