furfur Path.|ˈfɜːfə(r)| Pl. furfures. Also 7 furfaire, 9 arch. furfair. [a. L. furfur bran.] Dandriff, scurf; pl. particles of epidermis or scurf; also, a bran-like sediment in the urine.
