释义 | phosphatidyln. Biochemistry. A radical derived from a phosphatidic acid by the loss of a hydrogen atom from the phosphate group. Usually attributive or a formative element in the names of esters (phospholipids) occurring in cell membranes, in which a radical formed by the loss of a hydroxyl group from the compound denoted by the second element is attached to the phosphate group, as phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylserine, etc.Recorded earliest in phosphatidylserine. The cephalin fraction containing the amino acid has now been isolated, and the amino acid crystallized as..l(+)-serine. We shall call this phosphatide ‘phosphatidyl serine’. 1961 E. S. West & W. R. Todd Textbk. Biochem. (ed. 3) vi. 154 Two different types of phosphoinositides have been described which are differentiated by the inositol derivatives yielded upon hydrolysis. One type found in heart, liver, soybean, and wheat germ yields inositol monophosphate, fatty acids, and α-glycerol phosphate;..it..is phosphatidyl inositol. 1971 M. F. Mallette et al. Introd.
