hexamerous, a.|hɛkˈsæmərəs| [f. hexa- + Gr. µέρ-ος part + -ous.] a. Bot. Having the parts of the flower-whorl six in number. (Often written 6-merous.) b. Zool. Having the radiating parts or organs six in number, as an actinoid zoophyte.
