palilalia Path.|pælɪˈleɪlɪə| [mod.L., ad. F. palilalie (A. Soques 1908, in Rev. Neurol. XVI. 340), f. Gr. πάλι-ν again + λαλιά talk, speech.] A speech disorder characterized by repetition of words, phrases, or sentences.
