money spidern.

Brit. /ˈmʌnɪ ˌspʌɪdə/, U.S. /ˈməni ˌspaɪdər/

Etymology: < money n. + spider n. (see below).Compare the following isolated and apparently unconnected attestation, as part of an extended metaphor likening money to a spider:1810 ‘A. F. Holstein’ Miseries of Heiress II. xiii. 300 When a rusty-coated poverty-struck scribbler has spun his intellects to a cobweb to catch a money-spider, and wound round and round, line upon line, from a scarcely distinguishable thread, the merciless critic cuts it up with a single word, the money-spider escapes, and the sum total of the labour of many weary months is reduced into an estimate of as many minutes.
Any of various usually small spiders that are traditionally supposed to bring financial good luck to a person over whom they crawl; esp. any tiny black spider of the large family Linyphiidae (in the United States called dwarf spider).
