reprehend, v.|rɛprɪˈhɛnd|
[ad. L. reprehendĕre, f. re- re- + prehendĕre to seize: cf. apprehend, etc. Hence also F. reprendre.]
1. trans. To reprove, reprimand, rebuke, censure, find fault with:
a. a person.
