blood group diet
PseudomedicineA diet based on pseudoscience penned by Dr Peter D’Adamo, a naturopath, which posits that different nutrients are broken down in the body based on the person’s blood type. For some blood types, the diet eschews dairy products, wheat or grains; the diet also recommends sports (golf or aerobics, etc.), for each blood type.
It has been discounted by medical and scientific experts, with the concern that following it may lead to calcium and iron deficiency.
