State: OntarioMy father passed away on the 28th, my brother and I are executors (mom is still alive) I have never seem the will but all other family have. Am I entitled to a copy of the will. My brother has informed me of some papers I have to sign. His wife wants me out of everything so not sure where I stand and what rights I have . My Dad had cancer in the brain and made them sell their house to move into a house with and inlaw suite. The sale finished on the 23rd and Dad was put into the hospital on the 21st.
