单词 | bicycloannulation |
释义 | bicycloannulationn. Chemistry. A process in which a molecule undergoes one or more addition reactions leading to the formation of two adjoining rings. ΚΠ 1975 R. M. Cory & D. M. T. Chan in Tetrahedron Lett. No. 50. 4443 Since the overall process (10 → 11) results in the attachment of two new adjoining rings to an existing structure we propose to classify this as a ‘bicycloannulation’ reaction. 1993 Jrnl. Chem. Soc.: Perkin Trans. 1 7 Nov. 2651/1 In this particular reaction, three carbon–carbon bonds are formed successively, at first intermolecularly and then intramolecularly, twice, thereby making two rings (bicycloannulation) in a one-pot operation. 2008 Organic Lett. 10 2713 A modular asymmetric synthesis of spiroketal, spiroether, and oxabicycle building blocks is described based on the spiro- and bicycloannulation of α-hydroxy dihydropyrans. This is a new entry (OED Third Edition, December 2012; most recently modified version published online December 2021). < n.1975 |
