1919 Jrnl. Amer. Chem. Soc. 41 211 Myricitrin, a rhamnoside of myricetin, gives with the same reagents a deep blue product.
1934 C. C. Steele Introd. Plant Biochem. vi. xix. 211 Myricetin..occurs free and combined with rhamnose in myricitrin in the bark of the Box Myrtle..and in leaves of the Logwood tree.
1988 R. Mabey Compl. New Herbal 88/1 Myricitrin is bactericidal and encourages the flow of bile.
