释义 | Justice Clerkn. Scots Law (now historical). Originally: a clerk of a superior court presided over by a justice representing the monarch. Later: the principal clerk of the High Court of Justiciary, whose role developed into that of judge and further into that of vice-president (since 1681 officially Lord Justice Clerk n.).
