sangaree, n.|sæŋgəˈriː| Also sangarie, sangre(e. [a. Sp. sangría (lit. ‘bleeding’), ‘a drink composed of lemon water and red wine’ (Novísimo Dicc., 1868).] A cold drink composed of wine diluted and spiced, used chiefly in tropical countries.
