palpicorn, a. and n.|ˈpælpɪkɔːn| [f. mod.L. palpicornes, pl. of palpicornis, f. palp-us feeler + cornu horn. Cf. F. palpicorne (Cuvier).] A. adj. Having palpi like horns or antennæ; spec. of or pertaining to the Palpicornes, a tribe of pentamerous beetles having slender palpi usually longer than the antennæ.
