olfactometry|ɒlfækˈtɒmɪtrɪ| [f. L. olfact-, ppl. stem of olfacere to smell (see olfacient) + -o + -metry.] The measurement of the sensitivity of the sense of smell, the use of an olfactometer; also, = odorimetry.
