nortriptyline, n. Pharm.|nɔːˈtrɪptɪliːn| [f. nor- + tri- + heptyl n. + -ine5: cf. amitriptyline n., protriptyline n.] A tricyclic antidepressant drug, C19H21N , given orally (frequently as the hydrochloride).
