(1670), is founded upon the heading of ch. 85 of 3rd pt. of Coke's Institutes ‘Against Monopolists, Propounders, and Projectors’, where the text has ‘These Inventers and Propounders of evill things’ [inventores malorum], in which the word is used as in sense 1 above. |
