luciform, a. Now rare.|ˈl(j)uːsɪfɔːm| [ad. L. *lūciform-is (repr. Gr. αὐγοειδής), f. lūc(i)-, lūx light: see -form.] Having the character of light, luminous: applied spec. to the ‘vehicle’ of the soul (αὐγοειδὲς ὄχηµα) imagined by the Neo-Platonists; occas. to the spiritual body of the Resurrection.
