yugawaralite Min.|jʊˈgæwərəlaɪt| [f. Yugawara, name of a town in Japan near where it was first found + -l- + -ite1.] A hydrated aluminosilicate of calcium, CaAl2Si6O16.4H2O, that is a member of the zeolite group and occurs as colourless or white monoclinic crystals having a vitreous lustre.
