glomerular, a.|glɒˈmɛrələ(r)| [f. next + -ar.] Of or pertaining to the glomeruli (of the kidneys). glomerular nephritis, disease in the glomerules of the kidneys, occurring in connexion with scarlet fever; also called gloˈmerulo-neˈphritis.
