tryparsamide Pharm.|trɪˈpɑːsəmaɪd| [f. Trypanosoma + arsenic n.1 + amide.] An arsenical organic compound, C8H10AsN2NaO4.½H2O, used to treat trypanosomiasis and syphilis of the central nervous system.
