Trebbiano, n.|trɛbɪˈɑːnəʊ| [a. It., f. the name of the Trebbia river in Emilia Romagna, northern central Italy.] a. A variety of vine and grape widely cultivated in Italy and elsewhere. b. The white wine produced from this grape. The grape is known in France as Ugni Blanc and St. Emilion des Charentes.
