‖ exceptis excipiendis, advb. phr.|ɛkˈsɛptɪs ɛksɪpɪˈɛndɪs| [late Lat., f. L. exceptis, excipiendis, ablative pl. respectively of pa. pple. and gerundive of excipĕre to except.] Excepting whatever is to be excepted, with proper exceptions. Cf. mutatis mutandis.
