tetradymous, a. Bot.|tɪˈtrædɪməs| [f. Gr. τετράδυµ-ος (see prec.) + -ous.] Said of an agaric having each perfect lamella or gill separated from the next by four equal short lamellæ and three longer ones alternately placed; see also quots.
