Flahaut de La Billarderie, Auguste Charles Joseph, comte de

(ōgüst` shärl zhōzĕf` kôNt də fläō` də lä bēyärdərē`), 1785–1870, French general and statesman; illegitimate son of Charles Maurice de Talleyrand and Adèle de Flahaut. He fought under Napoleon I and served as ambassador to Berlin, London, and Vienna under Louis Philippe.
