Location:Northeastern Texas. Accessible by US 81/287, 380, and FM 100. Nearby cities/towns include Alvord, Decatur, Parris, and Bonham.

Special Features:Caddo NG includes three fishing lakes, the largest of which is Lake Coffee Mill (651 acres). Lyndon B. Johnson NG features a 50-mile, multi-use trail that links several of the grassland's small lakes. Resident wildlife includes white-tailed deer, coyotes, bobcats, red fox, waterfowl, bobwhite quail, turkey, and songbirds.
