Areas of interest include Granite Peak, the highest point in Montana at 12,799 feet; Grasshopper Glacier, which contains millions of frozen grasshoppers believed to be 200 years old; Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness Area, encompassing two distinctly different mountain ranges.
