cellular angiofibroma

A benign mesenchymal tumour of older (age 40 to 60) women composed of a highly cellular spindle cell component and prominent stromal blood vessels.
Sites
Vulvovaginal, inguinoscrotal regions; less commonly retroperitoneum, perineum and subcutaneous tissues of chest. Similar lesions in men are called angiomyofibroblastoma-like tumours.

artholin gland cyst.
Management
Local excision with clear margins.
