State: South CarolinaI have purchased an electronic item that was not provided with a battery or was on available for purchase in the store. I purchased batteries and installed the batteries per instructions, but the item does not operate at all. I do not have the receipt of the purchase. If the store refuses to give a refund, do I a legal right to peacefully protest using signs with truthful specific details of the situation in the parking lot of the business?
