Semenov Peak

a mountain peak in the Sarydzhaz Range, located in the Central Tien-Shan, Kirghiz SSR. At an elevation of 5,816 m, the Semenov Peak rises above a valley with the Severnyi Inyl’chek Glacier. The peak was named in honor of P. P. Semenov (Semenov-Tian-Shanskii), who explored the Central Tien-Shan in 1857.
