A unit investment trust that seeks dividend income for unit holders. It accomplishes this by buying and holding the 10 stocks on the Dow Jones Industrial Average with the highest dividend yields for a period of one year. At the end of the year, the portfolio's managers reassess which stocks have the highest yields and adjust the portfolio accordingly.
