State: All States/ProvincesAbout a month ago I hired a paralegal to do a small claims case for me. When I met with her and paid her the fee she said she would call me in a week to schedule an appointment for me to come in and sign the paperwork. It has been a little over a month now and I have had some serious issues with her and still have not had anything resolved. I would like to know more about the legal laws for hiring these people.

Ask for a refund and/or you may sue her in small claims...she is not really supposed to give legal advice...
