Velikaia Pisare Vka

an urban-type settlement; the center of Velikaia Pisarevka Raion in Sumy Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Located on the Vorskla River (Dnieper River Basin), 33 km from the Kirikovka railroad station (on the Sumy-Bogodukhov line). Population, 6,500 (1969). There are dairy plants and construction materials plants in Velikaia Pisarevka.
