Location:In Oakland County, 7 miles west of Pontiac on M-59, along the shore of Pontiac Lake.
Facilities:176 modern campsites, 24 equestrian campsites, picnic areas, picnicshelters (é), playground, ball field, concession/store, beach house,fishing piers (é), boat launch (é), hiking trail (2 miles),mountain bike trail (11 miles), equestrian trails (17 miles), horserentals, pony rides, shooting/archery ranges (é).

Special Features:The area is a mixture of marshes, ponds, heavy forests, old farmfields, river bottom, and lakes. It supports a wide variety of animals, with excellent hunting as well asfishing for bass, pike, and panfish. The park's 11-mile mountainbike trail is ranked among the top 100 in the US.
