Nikolaevsk

a city (until 1967, the settlement of Nikolaevskii), the administrative center of Nikolaevsk Raion, Volgograd Oblast, RSFSR. Situated on the left bank of the Volgograd Reservoir, opposite the city of Kamyshin, Nikolaevsk is 200 km northeast of Volgograd. It has a creamery, a cannery, a brickyard, and a furniture factory.
