State: Ohioa minor broke into my house not too long ago. His court date is tomorrow. He claims I sold him weed in the past, but there was no evidence for that in our case, the case is against him for breaking and entering, no drug charges. There is no evidence that they were in search for weed, or I sold weed. Can his lawyer bring up that I sold the kid weed, and if so, can I object? If not, what is the best way of going about the answer?

You can and should certainly object...and deny it if it did not happen...even if you did sell it, it is not a defense to robbery.
