释义 | Koch, JimKoch, Jim(C. James Koch) (ko͝ok), 1949–, American brewery executive, b. Cincinnati. Although he came from a family of brewers, he initially worked for Outward Bound and as a manufacturing consultant before cofounding (1984) the Boston Beer Company with Rhonda Kallman. His company and its Samuel Adams Boston Lager helped spearhead the craft beer movement in the United States. The company, which went public in 1995, now sells more than 60 different types of beer and is considered the craft beer movement's most successful brewer. |
