Gould G0207200 (go͞old), Glenn 1932-1982. Canadian pianist noted for his performances and recordings of the works of Bach, Beethoven, and Brahms.
Gould, Jay 1836-1892. American financier and speculator who with James Fisk and Daniel Drew wrested control of the Erie Railroad from Cornelius Vanderbilt in the late 1860s. With Fisk, he caused the financial panic of September 24, 1869, with an attempt to corner the gold market.
