释义 | autogravuren. Printing. Now historical. A particular form of photoengraving in which a special carbon tissue is used. Also: a picture produced by this process. Frequently attributive.The process was patented by J. R. Sawyer in 1885, but he does not use the word autogravure in the patent ( Brit. Patent 14,855).
