(compare the rarer look thee at look v. 9c), and (in β. forms) perhaps occasionally other pronouns (e.g. thou pron.). Some of the α. forms probably show influence from -y suffix6. regional and colloquial. Chiefly in imperative. Used to draw or direct attention; ‘see’, ‘observe’, ‘take note’.
