Etymology: < Urdu qulfī and its etymon Persian qulfī cup with lid used as a mould for ice cream and jellies, variant (with metathesis) of quflī, in the same sense, of uncertain origin.

A type of South Asian ice cream, typically made in a cone-shaped mould and flavoured with cardamom or nuts; a serving of this.
