Sno-cat orig. U.S.|ˈsnəʊkæt| Also sno-cat, Snocat, snocat. [f. sno, an arbitrary respelling of snow n.1 + caterpillar 1 b.] A proprietary name in the U.S. for a type of snowcat (see snowcat).
