shaved, ppl. a.|ʃeɪvd| [f. shave v. + -ed1.] In the senses of the verb. Cf. shaven ppl. a. 1. a. Cut off in very thin slices or shavings; spec. of ice cut in thin slices or shavings for chilling drinks. Also, trimmed or polished by shaving.
