setose, a.|ˈsiːtəʊs| [ad. L. sētōs-us, sætōs-us bristly, f. sēta, sæta bristle: see -ose.] 1. Anat. and Zool. Set or covered with bristles or stiff hairs, bristly. Also, of a bristly nature.
