Risso|ˈrɪsəʊ| The name of Giovanni Antonio Risso (1777–1845), Italian naturalist, used in the possessive in Risso's dolphin to designate the grampus, Grampus griseus, first described as Delphinus rissoanus by A. G. Desmarest in 1822 (Mammalogie ii. 579).
