1. Path. Of diseases, etc.: Situated in, or affecting, the right side of the body.
1876Clin. Soc. Trans. IX. 96 After he had been at his duties for about two hours, intense right-sided vertigo suddenly set in. 1881Obstet. Soc. Trans. XXII. 103 The great majority of the tumours twisted were right-sided tumours.
2. Having a tendency to use the limbs on the right side of the body.
1884J. le Conte in Nature XXIX. 452/2 In my own case the whole body is right-sided, so far as dexterity is concerned.
