poˈssessional, a. rare. [f. as prec. + -al1; cf. professional.] Pertaining to possession; having possessions or property; propertied. Hence poˈssessionalism, the doctrine or principle of individual possession or private property; poˈssessionalist, one who holds this doctrine.
