polypidom Zool.|pəˈlɪpɪdəm, ˈpɒlɪpɪdəm| [f. L. polyp-us polyp + domus, Gr. δόµος house.] The common supporting structure of a colony of polyps, regarded as the dwelling-place of the individual zooids: = polypary.
