opepe|əʊˈpiːpiː| Also epepe. [Yoruba.] A West African tree, Sarcocephalus diderrichii, of the family Rubiaceæ, or its hard yellowish-brown wood; also (see quot. 1908) occasionally used for an evergreen tree of the genus Terminalia.
