‖ mudra Hinduism.|mʌˈdrɑː| Also moodra. [Skr. mudrā seal, sign, token.] One of a large number of symbolic hand gestures used in Hindu religious ceremonies and (hence) in Indian dance. Also, a movement or pose in Yoga.
